Endings & Renewal

A guided experience to close cycles and reconnect with yourself

July 15–20, 2026

Amazon Rain Forest, Ecuador

This retreat is for you if…

  • You feel like you’ve been repeating the same patterns, even when you know they’re not good for you.

  • You don’t fully trust yourself, and deep down, you’re tired of doubting your own decisions.

  • You’re still holding onto guilt, fear, or relationships that you know, in your body, are already over.

  • You feel disconnected from yourself, from your body, your desire, your sensuality, like something in you has gone quiet.

It’s time to shed your skin and leave behind the versions of you that no longer feel true

The Space

Huasquila Lodge

Huasquila Lodge is nestled within a private reserve, 850 meters above sea level in the province of Napo, just three hours from Quito’s international airport.

The area is rich in history, known for its remarkable concentration of ancient petroglyphs.

What we will explore

The art of closing cycles

  • Learning to recognize what no longer belongs to you and having the clarity and courage to truly let it go.

Breaking patterns that keep you stuck

  • Seeing clearly the dynamics you keep repeating, and understanding why you haven’t been able to leave them behind.

Rebuilding trust in yourself

  • Moving out of doubt and second-guessing, and learning to feel grounded in your own decisions.

Boundaries as self-respect

  • Understanding that setting limits is not rejection, it is a form of self-honoring.

Returning to your body and sensuality

  • Reconnecting with your desire, your presence and your magnetism through conscious, embodied practices.

The body as a space for release

  • Letting go of stored tension, emotion and resistance through somatic work.

Ritual as a way of remembering

  • Connecting with ancestral practices as a way to return to your own inner wisdom.

Clarity for what comes next

  • Leaving with a deeper understanding of yourself, a sense of direction, and the ability to make aligned decisions.

The Immersion

Day 1: Arrival in Quito — A Soft Landing

Your experience begins the moment you arrive.

To ensure a smooth and supported arrival, we offer 2–3 scheduled group airport transfers throughout the day. No matter when you land, you’ll be guided and accompanied from the very beginning.

You’ll be welcomed in Quito, where you’ll spend your first night at Hotel Reina Isabel, a comfortable 4-star hotel located in the heart of the city.

Accommodation is in shared rooms (two guests per room). Private rooms are available upon request at an additional cost.

In the evening, you’ll gather for a private, chef-curated, dinner experience.

Rafael Mora will prepare an exclusive tasting menu designed as a gentle and comforting introduction to Ecuadorian cuisine, familiar, warm, and deeply nourishing.

Day 2: Arrival to the Amazon

After a gentle morning in Quito, we begin the journey into the Amazon, gradually leaving behind the outside rhythm and arriving into a slower, more grounded space.

Once at the lodge, there is time to settle in, rest, and begin attuning to the surrounding environment, allowing the body and mind to arrive fully.

In the afternoon, we open the retreat through a simple but intentional process of grounding, reflection, and the creation of a shared altar. This marks the beginning of the work, creating a space of presence, connection, and awareness, both individually and as a group.

At sunset, you will be guided through an ancestral ceremony with a medicinal plant (non-psychoactive), held by Puncha, an indigenous Kichwa woman. This is a deeply embodied experience designed to support the release of what the body has been holding, inviting you to soften, trust, and begin letting go.

The day closes with dinner and quiet, open space for rest, journaling, or reflection, allowing everything that has moved to begin settling gently.

Day 3: Embodiment & Connection

The day begins slowly, with gentle movement and a short meditation before breakfast, an invitation to wake the body and arrive into yourself with presence.

After breakfast, there is space to rest, write, or simply enjoy the surroundings, allowing the experience to unfold without rush.

Later in the morning, we journey into the Humanti Caves, guided by a professional local guide. This is a safe and deeply symbolic experience, an immersion into the heart of the forest, where the stillness, the darkness and the depth invite a quiet encounter with your inner world. The caves hold a strong ancestral presence, often felt as a return to something ancient and essential.

We return to the lodge for lunch, followed by time to rest and integrate.

In the afternoon, the focus shifts back to the body. Through breathwork and embodied practices inspired by Tantra, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your sensuality, release tension, and begin to listen to the deeper language of the body, where memory, emotion and awareness are held.

The day closes with dinner and open time for rest, reflection, or simply being with yourself.

Day 4: Power, Renewal & Integration

The day begins with gentle movement and meditation, followed by breakfast and open time to rest or be with yourself.

Later in the morning, we explore the theme of power, not only through action, but through a more subtle and embodied understanding of it. Through reflection and simple practices, you’ll begin to recognize where your power has been given away, and how to reclaim it from a more grounded place.

We then enter the forest for a guided sensory immersion, led by a professional local guide. The journey leads to a sacred waterfall, where a symbolic ritual of renewal takes place, a moment to release what no longer belongs to you and step into a new way of inhabiting yourself.

After returning to the lodge for lunch, there is time to rest and integrate.

In the afternoon, you will prepare your own cacao, which will then be shared in a guided ceremony. This becomes a space to connect with the heart, to feel, to soften, and to anchor what has shifted through presence and shared experience.

The day closes with dinner and quiet time for rest or reflection.

Day 5: Integration & Closing

The day begins before sunrise with a traditional wayusa ceremony, held by Puncha, an indigenous Kichwa woman.

Gathered around this non-psychoactive medicinal plant, we open the day slowly, through listening, sharing, and allowing space for everything that has been lived to begin settling in a more conscious way.

After breakfast, the rest of the day is intentionally left open.

This is a space to slow down and integrate, to be with yourself without structure or pressure. You are free to enjoy the lodge and its surroundings, whether through journaling, reading, painting, or simply resting.

For those who wish, an optional visit to the nearby town of Tena will be available.

Meals are shared together at the lodge, maintaining a sense of connection while allowing each woman to move at her own rhythm.

In the evening, we gather one last time for a closing ceremony, a space of gratitude, acknowledgment, and conscious completion of the journey.

Day 6: Return to Quito & Departure

The day begins slowly, with gentle movement and a short meditation before breakfast, an invitation to wake the body and arrive into yourself with presence.

About Liss Daterra

Liss Daterra has spent the last 7 years creating and guiding transformational experiences for women through retreats, embodiment practices, ritual work and ancestral-inspired spaces.

Her work explores the relationship between the body, emotional patterns, femininity, sensuality and personal transformation, always through a grounded and deeply human approach.

Over the years, she has developed a unique way of holding space that combines somatic work, symbolism, nature and emotional depth, creating experiences that invite women to reconnect with themselves in a more honest and embodied way.

Her work is deeply inspired by the wisdom of nature, ancestral traditions and the understanding of femininity as something cyclical, instinctive and alive.
